Grace, the gray and white young adult, is the self-appointed official greeter in the free roam colony room. She is playful and extremely kid-friendly. She has a sense of humor and is fun to be around.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SPCA:
The SPCA of Jefferson County is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding permanent and loving homes for homeless pets; providing them with a healthy environment; and promoting the humane treatment of animals through responsible pet ownership.
It is the ONLY *no-kill* facility in this area.
The JC SPCA is the ONLY shelter in the county to accept both strays and previously owned dogs, cats and other critters of all types.
There is a modest re-homing fee upon adoption.
The JC SPCA is always looking for animal lovers who would like to volunteer to help socialize and care for our animals.
