We will have special pricing on the adoption of black or black and white cats and kittens from August 1 until we have no more to adopt.

Black, as well as, black and white cats are often the last to be adopted. Join us in honoring them and show your love and support for Black Cats everywhere.

Adult Cats that are black,or black & white will have a $30 discount off the normal adoption fee.
ALL Kittens (under 1 yr) will have a $50 discount off the normal fee.
All of our cats have been checked for fleas & ear mites, wormed, spayed or neutered, microchipped and have age appropriate vaccinations. Upon adoption you will receive a free bag of sample food and a free office visit to a participating veterinarian in the area. Don't forget to take your adoption contrac to Petco for additional goodies and discounts!
BLACK CAT APPRECIATION DAY is August 17.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE JEFFERSON COUNTY SPCA:
The SPCA of Jefferson County is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding permanent and loving homes for homeless pets; providing them with a healthy environment; and promoting the humane treatment of animals through responsible pet ownership.
It is the ONLY *no-kill* facility in this area.
The JC SPCA is the ONLY shelter in the county to accept both strays and previously owned dogs, cats and other critters of all types.
There is a modest re-homing fee upon adoption.
The JC SPCA is always looking for animal lovers who would like to volunteer to help socialize and care for our animals.
