Looking for professional female to share my home. No pets please, we have plenty here already. Please like small dogs. Located 100 yards from Watertown city limits with country feel. Rent includes utilities, cable. internet access, laundry privileges, and access to entire house and 2.5 acre yard. You get a fully furnished private room including bathroom/shower, and small private deck. Please be somewhat nimble, the upstairs is accessed by a small circular staircase. ALL utilities and furnishings included. Willing to do $400 a month on rent if you are willing to pet sit occasionally!
